Function and Conference Facilities
Our dining room is available to hire for private
functions. Call the Beachfield reception for more details.
The Beachfield Hotel also offers two small ground floor
rooms which are available to hire for functions,
meetings or conferences.
The larger front lounge is at the corner of the hotel on
the ground floor and has two bay windows facing the
promenade. It can be booked for private parties, meetings
and conferences. A long conference table can be provided
with seating for 12-15 people. An easel and flip-chart is
available, as well as overhead projector and screen, or TV
with video or DVD player.
The smaller front lounge or TV room is ideal for informal
meetings or family gatherings and has comfortable sofas and
armchairs.
Tea, coffee and biscuits or a full buffet for lunch or
evening functions can be provided on request. Call the
Beachfield reception or see our Buffet options.
